Camac loves making custom-made harps for people. Here are some pictures of the unique harps we have created recently.
This is the chrome and gold Atlantide Prestige that has been custom-made for Sunida Kitiyakara, now on its way to Bangkok in time for the First Thailand International Harp Festival and Youth competition.
This is an Oriane entirely finished in rose gold, including the mechanism. It also belongs to Sunida. I remember Jakez assembling the mechanism parts at l'Espace Camac.
Jakez also built this Atlantide, known as the "black beauty." It belongs to...Sunida.
This is Athy with his "rainbow finish" electroharp*. I had a great electroharp in mother-of-pearl finish when I was a member of 4 Girls 4 Harps. I was sorry to have to pass it on to my successor in the group, Angharad Wyn Jones, but they need four harps which look the same. I want a rainbow one now!
*Argentian male model not included
You get a good view of the famously smooth Camac levers in this picture.
This image shows off the rainbow finish to particular advantage.
You'll note that the electroharp has a handy and very stable optional stand (visible at the base of the harp in this shot), order to play it standing up with ease.
